Wood Phase
The Wood Phase is where strength becomes power, a thirty-minute practice designed to build lean muscle, restore lateral mobility through the ribs and hips, and channel the kind of dynamic energy that healthy movement requires. Each session moves through stretching that opens the sides of the body and the thoracic spine, gentle cardio, conditioning for the legs and core, and twisting and tapping movements that release accumulated tension along the lateral lines of the body. The pace is designed for anyone returning to exercise or starting fresh after a long pause. By the end of a session, most students notice they feel taller, more capable, and a little less stuck in their own body. If you've been dealing with chronic muscle tension, joint stiffness, tension headaches, digestive irregularity, or a persistent frustration that has nowhere to go, the Wood Phase is a good place to begin.
