Water Phase: Level 1 Fitness Practice, 30 Minutes, Group
Water Phase
The Water Phase is where the deep reserves are rebuilt, a thirty-minute practice designed to restore endurance, strengthen the lower back and hips, and replenish the foundational vitality that sustained effort depends on. Each session moves through stretching that opens the hips and lower spine, gentle cardio, conditioning for the posterior chain, and breathwork that directs the breath downward into the lower back and pelvic bowl. The pace is designed for anyone returning to exercise or starting fresh after a long pause. By the end of a session, most students notice they feel steadier on their feet, less drained, and a little more anchored in themselves. If you've been dealing with chronic lower back pain, poor endurance, weak hips or knees, fatigue that sleep doesn't resolve, or a background hum of fear or anxiety, the Water Phase is a good place to begin.
