Metal Phase: Level 1 Fitness Practice, 30 Minutes, Group
Metal Phase
The Metal Phase is built around the breath, a thirty-minute practice designed to expand lung capacity, open the chest and shoulders, and restore the postural alignment that keeps you upright and energized as you age. Each session moves through stretching that opens the ribcage and shoulders, gentle cardio, upper body conditioning, and the Full Body Breathing pattern that teaches the lungs to fill completely. The pace is designed for anyone returning to exercise or starting fresh after a long pause. By the end of a session, most students notice they feel taller, more open across the chest, and a little less restricted in their own breathing. If you've been dealing with shallow breathing, frequent colds, restricted shoulders, weak immunity, or the lingering heaviness of grief that hasn't quite moved, the Metal Phase is a good place to begin.
