- Advanced practitioners will get an evaluation and “tune-up” of current movement patterns.
- Concepts that are current fitness industry standards and applicable across many disciplines.
- Ability to self-assess your movement patterns based on whole body integrated movement.

- It is for any level of practitioner.
- Anyone wanting to enhance daily activity and physical tasks.
- Anyone that is active in Sports, Martial Arts, Qigong, and Yoga.
- Build solid balance and stability for any task and activity.
- Objectives of seminar series:
- Experience the flow of whole-body movement.
- A stable, mobile, and strong integrated body.
- Learn to utilize diaphragmatic breathing.
- Prepare for the experience of the energetic component of whole-body movement.
- Seminar 1 Components
- Warmup and Conditioning.
- Review of balanced stance as a base line.
- Building the theory of integrated body movements:
- Center of Gravity (Mass) and Base of Support.
- Diaphragmatic Breathing
- Myofascial Lines and their relationship to body movement patterns.
- Anatomy Trains and how they build movement.
- Kinetic Chains and how they execute stable movement.
- Exercises to activate and burn in these concepts.
- Awakening the subtle aspects and energetics through specific forms.
- Creating the foundation of self-assessing for stability and mobility
- Question and Answer Sessions Daily

- Loose fitting exercise attire.

- This is our foundation series for advanced practice and is a requirement for advanced training.
- Completion of this series of seminars applies to future advanced programs.
- Will be required for all teacher training programs.
